Stopping Spam

Hi, I founded this group in the 1990s, but I did not elect to moderate it. Since it has moved to Google Groups, there is a huge amount of spam. You can help when you see spam posts by clicking on the post, clicking the down arrow on the right, and reporting the post as spam. I'm doing as much of that as I can, but if others help, we can clean up the group faster.

There is no spam on my newsserver (Eternal September).

The group hasn’t moved to Google Groups. Google Groups
is one way to access it but there are also a fair number of
newsservers which can be accessed with newsreaders.
